All the places we have been to and they get the approval from us of being a "cool place." Definately suggest hitting them up while in the city.

ICEBAR Sub Zero

It is pretty much exactly what you're thinking. Inside this bar everything is made of ice and they keep it at a bit nippy -5° C(23° F). Definately worth trying out once.
