For those who don't know there is a sociological disorder that is emerging out of parts of Asia, specifically Japan. Hikikomori, which can be translated as pulling away or being confined, is a phenomenon where individuals decide to withdraw from normal social life and put themselves in varying degrees of isolation. The "phenomenon" is spreading throughout parts of Asia and as the world cultures bridge closer together will probably be at your door step soon enough.
Uh oh~~~
Unfortunately, being socially withdrawn to the point of isolation only leads to one of two things. These things being hookers and complete emotional retardation, I fell for the latter wishing I had for the first. I mean it would be more fun anyhow. Ha-ha just kidding... seriously though way more fun. It's not just me though buddy it's going to be you too. Just the mere fact that you are reading this on Clever Turtles is a shear sign that you are some type of sociopath.
Don't worry~
On the good side of things you don’t really need to be emotionally prepared to live in the 21st century. Fortunately for you there are things out there which are completely willing to control how you feel. Specifically media. The tricky part is selecting the appropriate media. As we all know if you choose only to watch certain media sources *cough* Fox News *cough* you’ll be put in an emotional state which can only be described as comatose. Fear not my emotionally depraved friend for there are people out there that are willing to give you real experiences in emotion and I’m here to tell you how.
The List~
Here’s a list of some basic emotions as well is movies that you can watch to simulate the feeling of them.
Anger
Anger can be a tricky emotion to feel when watching media. The reason being that most directors and writers normally do not make movies with the intentions of pissing people off. Not intentionally anyhow. Also the selections for this that I have are actually relative to Americans. Here are a few good flicks you might want or not want to check out.
Sicko
Documentary look at health care in the United States as provided by profit-oriented health maintenance organizations (HMOs) compared to free, universal care in Canada, the U.K., and France. Moore contrasts U.S. media reports on Canadian care with the experiences of Canadians in hospitals and clinics there. He interviews patients and doctors in the U.K. about cost, quality, and salaries. He examines why Nixon promoted HMOs in 1971, and why the Clintons' reform effort failed in the 1990s. He talks to U.S. ex-pats in Paris about French services, and he takes three 9/11 clean-up volunteers, who developed respiratory problems, to Cuba for care. He asks of Americans, "Who are we?"
Nothing makes you more pissed off than when you realize the people running the show could give two shits about your well being.
Super Size Me
Documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock makes himself a test subject of this documentary about the commercial food industry. Rigorously eating a diet of McDonald's fast food, three times a day for a month straight. Spurlock is out to prove the physical and mental effects of consuming fast food. While doing this, Spurlock also provides a look at the food culture in America through it's schools, corporations, and politics as seen through the eyes of regular people and health advocates. "Super Size Me" is a movie that sheds a new light on what has become one of our nation's biggest health problems: obesity.
For me this movie inspired lots of raw anger, almost to the point where my heart exploded. Unfortunately the common misconception with this movie is that Morgan Spurlock is a man or human for that matter when in actuality he is anything but. Instead he is a compilation of nano-sized micro-bots which were obviously put here to piss me off by a higher being (probably Buddha, he seems like the joking type). The objective of the movie was to show how bad it was to eat McDonalds’ food when in actually the hypothesis is garbage since it wasn’t a controlled experiment to begin with. His sudden weight gain and inability to do exercise might not have been because of the McDonalds. Most likely it was due to the overeating, sudden lack of exercise, or sudden change of diet being that he was a vegetarian before the sham of a documentary. Still as a result of his incompetence a drastic set of events was put into place as a result of this movie. McDonalds stopped selling their Super Sized items shortly after this failure of a documentary was released. McDonald’s claims it had nothing to do with the documentary but we all know the truth. If you really want a movie that inspires anger this is it. I watched it about 5 years ago and I’m still fucking pissed off.
By the way, in the documentary he eats like a quarter pounder value meal for the first time and throws up. Fucking pussy.
The Corporation
Since the late 18th century American legal decision that the business corporation organizational model is legally a person, it has become a dominant economic, political and social force around the globe. This film takes an in-depth psychological examination of the organization model through various case studies. What the study illustrates is that in the its behaviour, this type of "person" typically acts like a dangerously destructive psychopath without conscience. Furthermore, we see the profound threat this psychopath has for our world and our future, but also how the people with courage, intelligence and determination can do to stop it.
Nothing makes you more pissed off than when you realize who’s really running the show, and how much they could care less about humanity in general.
To be continued..

You should attribute sources
You should attribute sources to the synopses. You obviously didn't write them; the commas in them are used correctly.
